About This Class
Step away from everyday noise and immerse yourself in a calming, expressive ocean painting session. In this gentle, beginner-friendly live class, you'll learn accessible acrylic painting techniques to capture the movement, mood, and atmosphere of the ocean. Guided step-by-step through colour washes and intuitive brushwork, you'll explore how the creative process can become a peaceful practice for mindfulness, stress relief, and present-moment focus. No prior artistic experience is required, just an open mind and a desire to create without judgment.
Your host, Katherine Gray, is a professional seascape artist and holds a PGCE teaching qualification, a PGC in Psychology, and is a Certified Health and Wellbeing Coach — bringing a uniquely informed, nurturing approach to every session.
